Miami Jr. NBA Basketball League
The Miami Jr. NBA Basketball League is committed to creating a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all participants. Every player is expected to represent the league with good character, effort, and sportsmanship.
By participating in the league, players agree to follow this Code of Conduct.
All players are expected to:
Show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, referees, and staff
Listen to and follow instructions from coaches and officials
Play hard, play fair, and always give their best effort
Encourage teammates and display good sportsmanship
Be on time and prepared for games and practices
Players must:
Play within the rules of the game
Accept referee decisions without arguing
Control emotions and behavior at all times
Avoid taunting, trash talk, or unsportsmanlike gestures
Winning is important—but respect and effort matter more.
The following behaviors will not be tolerated:
Arguing with referees or coaches
Using disrespectful or inappropriate language
Fighting or physical aggression
Intentionally trying to hurt another player
Ignoring or refusing to follow instructions
Players are expected to:
Support teammates regardless of ability or role
Accept coaching and corrections positively
Understand that playing time is earned through effort, attendance, and attitude
Represent Miami Jr. NBA with pride on and off the court
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in:
Verbal warning
Temporary removal from a game or practice
Suspension from league activities
Removal from the league
Disciplinary actions are determined by league staff and are final.
Players must follow all safety rules
Report injuries or unsafe situations immediately
Horseplay or dangerous behavior is not allowed
By participating in the Miami Jr. NBA Basketball League, players agree to:

Respect everyone involved in the league
Represent the league with positive behavior
